Well, gang... Some signatures have been getting pretty out of hand, recently. In order to keep everything nice and orderly and to prevent these uber long sigs from getting out of control I have limited the signature area in posts. The new sig area size is 150 pixels tall... period. If you have signature content that is longer than 150 px, it will simple be cut off at the 150 px mark no matter what you have setup via your UserCP.

To help compensate a LITTLE for the loss of area for those that want to have a ton of stuff in their sigs, we will now allow sig images up to 640 pixels wide (previously the limit was 600). Soooo you have a total area of 640 wide x 150 tall for your signatures. This may peeve some of you off, I know... Be happy that I didn;t go with my first thought limiting it to 100 pixels tall total... Rob brought up a good point that Albedo and Jobistober have put ALOT of hard work intop making sigs for many of you... I didn't want to kill all that hard work by cutting off those sigs... that is why I decided on the 150 height in the end.

Nice to see that feature of VBulletin implemented on our great forums. Whats oing to happen with regular signatures then the addition of a foliding sig.

It's pretty much an "either or" situation, Planet. They can either use the folding sig and use a smaller sig with it along with any other miscellaneous image(s)/text or they can just use a full size 640x150 sig.

....or some of you coding Pimps can work on a new F@H signature. Say, maybe 40 pixels by 150 pixels or make it 320 pixels by 150 pixels (half of sig area).

Does that include Text? I noticed that when I changed my Sig, I had to delete some of the text I had in it. It said it was limited to 1000 Characters including Code.

I had to delete my quotes to get my full sig to fit in. You'd notice yours too needs to have the quotes out to fit the whole thing.

GK, It's ironic though, since I use the always extened side panel view, and that wastes more space on EVERY post, that won't even be filled by the sigs...

That is kinda funny, I just told someone that his/her's sig was too large, and I am talking huge like 300X400 or soemthing crazy like that.
