google sent me here. i'm a noob who believes that an informed consumer is an empowered consumer, and i was looking for any sites that offered forums or comparative reviews on the products that i'm interested in. bottom line...customer reviews are very cule, but, dammit, i wanted to learn more about hardware (etc) than "i love this video card...buy it!" your site was one of the MANY windows i opened from google, but it's the only one i stayed at. this site rules! i know i'm running this into the ground (see my other posts): thanks everyone for bein so awesome to this noob. keep up the excellent work!

My friend told me about this site a while back. I'm just starting to get into modding.

I was at my computer class last night and we learned about watercooling and extreme fan cooling, then he showed us cases from Pimp Rig, I thought it was the coolest thing to learn about computers in school by using Pimp Rig.

I think I was looking for case galleries and somewhere I saw someone refer to there computer as a rig and it was one of the words in a google which brought up a huge list and you guys were one of them. Once I read the name I was sold. Only prob that kept me from being a regular was keeping up with all the posts. Recently at my home forum I got fed up with all the "damn illegal immigrants" posts and I quit that place. Since then I have made this my home forum, especially since you guys seem alot better about that kind of stuff as I have gone to alot of other forums and that type of crap seems to come up alot. I don't care if you hate me because I am an a$$hole but when it comes down to judging me without knowing me it pisses me off. Anyways great site, just stop posting so damn much or I'll have to quit working just to keep up!

I was looking at parts for a new computer and as I was looking at reviews of each product Pimprig kept turning up. After a few visits I started looking around in the forum and liked what I saw. Since I am basically dumb as a sack full of hammers I just thought it would be cool to be among my peers.

No joke, I was trying to find the ever-increasingly famous .mp3 of Donald Duck getting some 'service' and somehow PR showed up in the search engine, it just so happened I was modding Short Circuit at the time....

Well, I used to be a member of KustomPC's forums, its a Scottland-based forum anyway ( I was poked fun at because of my Dell Dimension 8300, -they are responsible for making me prove i'm better than thier words), I felt the forum was a bit underdeveloped and I was usually quickly bored after taking a look at the forum index. -I never felt in any way, shape, or form the same way I feel about PR. PimpRig is the site I visit on the side of whatever else i'm doing, its great enough to be tagged on my gear and be responsible for many pimp things that have happened to my PC.

PS. KustomPC's ppl referred me here. ( I was the only American there and I felt alienated).

seriously, I'm going to stay on this forum for a long time.

I can't exactley remember what magical link brought me to this wonderful site. I do remember I was looking for cases that weren't beige. I found a link that looked promising and I was magically transported here. I've been hooked ever since. I really want to make this site a home and become a respected contributing member for all of the noobs who are sure to follow me through the magical portal that brought me here.

Also this site is just the s***! One of the best things on the web today. In my humble opinion.

I was referred here by a friend of mine from a CS server while we were talking about maybe working on a mod together, and honestly, I really love this site. Great modding projects, ideas, advice, reviews, etc. etc. Keep it up guys, and I'll try and do my part too!
