My PMs are weird

When I open my PMs they are all open so anyone can see them. Is this a new thing or
am I broken.

And it says 3 unread mail but I did read them.

Your PM's are not open mom, what you see is a preview. If it is a short PM you will see the whole thing with the preview but you have to open it to see a longer message, and to lable it read.

Yes there are other ways to mark them as read but I don't want to confuse you.
