SiSoft Sandra Memory Bandwidth Benchmarks!

Hey everyone! We have a Sandra CPU benchmark, but why not a Memory bandwidth benchmark?

With my DDR600 TCCD pushed hard:

With my 2GB DDR500 @ daily driven speeds:

Just for fun, i'll keep a chart of who's who among PCApex memory bandwidth. I'll take the average of the Int and Float, and your result will be in the list.

1. Ator: 1GB OCZ DDR600 TCCD @ 314Mhz: 8171MB/sec
2. Zaltan: 1GB PQI TCCD @ 282Mhz: 7580MB/sec
3. vf1000ride: Corsair XMS XL PRO TCCD @ DDR400: 2975.5MB/sec

This Sandy is nowhere near as good as my Venice... I can run the Venice @ DDR650 with 2.5-4-4-10 (highest with CAS 2.5 it'll do about DDR730 though CAS3), or something like DDR600 2.5-3-3-6. But the Sandy doesn't even like DDR600 2.5-4-4-7. Ohwell, I'll get it to cooperate.

Though I do have this from when i went sub 30 seconds with my Venice

Ok so this really makes me wish for the money to upgrade. I'll post mine just to show you guys the last generation of equipement.

Athlon xp 2600m @ 2500
2x512 of Corsair xms xl pro tccd chips @ 2,2,2,5 DDR400

Bandwith averaged at 2975.5

--> Ator , you should put a link for Sandra 2007 lite (it free) so this way people will benchs with all the same version of sandra.

Anyhow here my results with sandra 2007 Lite

6932/6840 3000+ Venice @ 2.676 DDR 400 @ 486 mhz

How about a little BH-5 socket 754 single channel action?

These are my "Daily Driver" setiings at 237FSB, Folding was running in the background too... I have tested it at around 250FSB, I will have to crank it up and try again later
