Alright boys and girls its once again time for me to rant and rave over another jewel I found coming soon. This time its actually two of them this time one is a game that is so big in japan that we'll soon be seeing it in the states. The other is a long awaited sequel from Japan that will not be seeing state wide release at the moment but will be worth your Cash to import it onto your psps for those of us that have them.

First off Yakuza or Ryu Ga Gokotu is making big headlines in japan and it should. The game is a cross between GTA and Shenmu which according to the millions upon millions of dollars it is making in Japan right now seems to be a very good blend. The game is following in the footsteps of famed japanese Director Takashi Miike. His movies though often overly graphic are a good representation of the life style of Yakuza such as Dead or Alive(No connection to the game) and City of Lost Souls. The game's writer is the famous japanese author Seishu Hase who wrote City of lost Souls which is what Yakuza is loosely based off of. Miike has further contributed to the game by making a 45 minute movie that sets up as prequel to it. Expect a review for this Monster mobster game out some time in September when it hits the US shores.

Secondly Bleach is coming back for another dose of heatting the soul for the third time. This game boasted a much advanced fighting system compared to the previous two titles adding in dash and clash, meet and beat tests of strength and characters that are updated from the shows latest seasons. The character selection is overwhelming currently standing at 33 different fighters and whle some of them are going to different more powerful versions of others such as Shikai Ichigo and Bankai Ichigo. Regardless of that this is leaps and bounds over the titles that contained that contained a mere 12 characters. The game will be out on July 20th of this year expect a preview for this PSP import round that time.

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the reviews on these games...Bleach looks absolutely mad (i'm still clicking "replay" on the video ).

Both sound good to me, I've been watching Bleach recently so a Bleach game coming out soon is pretty cool and the Yakuza GTA game sounds very interesting :sneaky:.
