Two questions T2.........
1. How hard was the plastic putty to sand?
2. Did you have to sand it prior to completely setting or did you let it completely harden?

I've thought about using that, but the quick steel putty sets like it says, STEEL! You nearly need a grider to shape it.

I did a ruff cut of the upper Square section

Cleaned up all the cuts

I Drilled all the holes for the Panel

Its time for some 600grt wet sanding

Finished all the sanding

The panel is sticking out because its temporary installed
