youve definately got some room to play in there. It depends on what your willing to go with, but personally that case is screamin for some heavy watercoolin gear. It looks like a front blow hole with some bondo might look good on the front.

Thats a big rad you got there, although I dont agree on the 90degree bend, It would kill your flow. YOu should just have them straight outwards.

A good decent pump will cost you around $50 at Dangerden.

Have you tried using a propane torch and getting that piping off?

Its probobly soldered on, u can get propane torches pretty cheap, most of my watercooling soldering i use a little butane torch, its really neat, cost 5 bucks. but if you planning on getting those pipes off, and for an effective watercooling, your probobly going to have to, my suggestion is cut it off not to close to the radiator, most likely right before the bend, then take a fitting that will go snug over the tubing, get the butane torch and some solder and then make sure there arent any holes

with me being a HVAC tech i have alot of good tools open to my use. I can use OXY-ACETYLENE TORCHes on just about whatever i need the fact that it is a heater core it could be brazed. If it is you need to use an hotter torch.

then ur best best is to cut right before the bend, slip a fitting on there, and take a small butane torch, and braze around the edges, if u dont, u could have some messed up water flow
