The project is a low cost homemade water cooler - i have to tell you [total of 50euro].
Of course that temp in idle mode. On full load it goes up 5-6 degrese C. But the most important aspect however is room temperature, because u use hot or cold air to cool the radiator. So if in the room there are 40*C you cannot aspect temps like that..it's imposible. An air conditioner is good here. Water is a far more eficient heat transporter than air. I used to have air coolers but when it comes to overclocking...only expencive cupre radiators can keep up with water coolers. My gallery of picture had more pictures but i deleted them by mistake

Any reasoning behind using the radiator you did instead of a heatercore? If I remember correctly, those 'tubular radiators' are less efficient compared to the flat bars in a heatercore since less heat is being transferred away from the water flow. Plus your block is made out of copper from the looks of it, and the rad is aluminum...mixing metals isn't exactly something considered good.

Other than that, looks like you put a good amount of effort into it

i used that tipe of radiator beacause it does not cost much...and is very eficient because of the material that is builed off and it's size. cooper is the best heat transporter that many can buy...
I can use the cooler even without the fans and the temps ar rising only 2 degrees.
That means that is total noise level is 0. Beat that
If i unplug the front panel leds and i tun of the monitor you might think that the computer is off
