Ok, onto the design (so far)

Paint:
Side/Top Panels: Red/Black "Caution Strip" design
Front Bezel: Radioactive symbol in red/black; unsure of base color
Interior: Green?

Left panel:
1x Plexan window (unsure of measurements/designs atm)
Green EL Tape around the interior of window


The idea behind the green coloring on the interior is to give off a "radioactive glow" effect.

I haven't purchased anything but the paint so far, grabbing what I can as finances allow, so this may take a while.

I'm still looking for ideas, so any input is, of course, appreciated.

Yah, I'll probably be giving everything but the TV a new paint-job.

Also planning on changing out the yellow stock EL wire from the keyboard...not sure if I want red or green for that atm though. Not really worrying about the peripherals atm, but I may end up using my brother's air brush (will need to go back through the threads and find a place for paint for the thing though...)

Really, what I plan on doing with the case though, since it comes black stock, is just paint the red stripes on it...give it a light sanding, mask off what I don't want to become red, then paint. I've even got one of those handle-thingies for the ol' rattle can that turns it into a 'paint gun'.

I get a paycheck in my bank midnight tonight, so I'll probably get home in the morning and order my mods parts, and the case too if at all possible. Still need sand paper though... o.O
