Im Paul Matvey I am 16 Years of age and this is my first attempt at a Modified Case.

The Idea: I am making a case that is a tribute to Bawls 2 Years ago I went to a Lan party "NOLGA" Which is a northeast ohio lan party shindig.... and I got hooked on bawls guarana one of there sponsers. Ever sense then I have drank case after case and I feel it is time to show my love through my first ever modded case.

Im starting out here with a basic white server chassis that I had laying around the shop.

An obvious First step was to strip this bad boy which is what you see here.




I then felt the best thing to do was work on that front grey bezel it seemed like a good place to start so I began cutting.

I used a grinder to basically melt this hole here.

I had to do a little bit of sanding around the edges of course.




I then added the fan which later I will make into a turbine style fan! ( Influenced by the boys at MNPCTECH )

Next I hit up lowes for some of my supplies,which some are shown below.

Lowes Supplies Bought:

- Blue Spray Paint
- "Tape of the gods" - MNPCTECH
- Long Plexi Glass
- PVC Pipe
- PVC Grill Mechanism
- New Blades for Jigsaw




Using a grinder to make initial cut then a jigsaw I made a long slanted cut in the side panel for the viewing window.

I got a lot done today and there basically the only thing I really have to finish doing.

My next post will give you a better Idea of what Im actually doing with them.

0After I had cut the long slanted window in the side panel I decided to throw the Plexi on using the double sided tape of the gods....

Then I put my bawls overlay on it and this is what I got. ( The other side is basically the same thing minus the window. )




This is the top panel of the computer which I forgot to take picture sof before and after the cuts. I basically just made three circular cuts using a simple grinder to get through and a steady jigsaw all the way around.... ( Obviously a bawls overlay on it as well )

Nice I was gonna do a balls mod a while ago with a bawls bottle as a water resevoir for water cooling. I musta went through like 30 bottles just trying to beable to drill through the bottom of the bottle without cracking or breaking it.

I havnt done the turbine feature on the fan yet because its only been 24 hours but heres what I have for that grey front bezel.

All in all for 5 hours of work total I think I have done a pretty good job on this in the past 24 hours. Never before today have I tried t mod a case.

well this is certainly interesting, I will keep my eye on this project as it progresses,

I hit up the hardware store again and I think im going to finish it up tommorow.

I got halo 3 so its a hard task to put down the controller.

I majorly F'd up on the doors. ( There backwards )

The finishing touches I will be doing from now until november.

This is basically the look of the finished project minus the Built in Bawls cooler and the handles.
( Oh and cool lights )

Unifinished top, it will have caps lining each of the circles, Two are Suction and the back one is blowout.



Added some wheels as you can see and basically pieced it together.

Im going to work on a new project soon. A real one and im going to spend uber time on it.

man that took some serious time and patience. I don't trust myself with overlays. I couldn't even put the stickers on my transformers straight
