My grandpa owned a 1954 kaiser darren but when he died in 1984 it sat in my grandmas garage for 16 years before being pulled out. It was in horrible shape, but was still worth about 30k. Well now 5 years after being uncovered and worked on slightly, my uncles coughed up 30k to get it restored. It is BEAUTIFUL, and the engines been redone and it rides like a dream. Only about 100 are left in the world, and only about 45 are restored back to the original conditions. Heres some pics, enjoy

And btw, these pics are without the interior in, it is now all the way together, and perfect. It is in my opinion the best looking car ever. So sleek, so styling. Only 500 were made. Very rare, and very awesome.

3 speed on the column? Man those are fun to drive.
Brings back memories of my old '65 Fairlane. Cornered like a boat but was fun as hell.

youre right that is beautiful. i dont know that id call it the most beautiful car ever (old bugattis and bentleys give it serious competition, as does anything styled by pininfarina) but i must admit i am jealous that thing is beautiful

im scared yes. Not because it has nothing under the hood....but because its worth about 80k and only like 45 are left lol. If i did the littleest of a ding i would be murdered. Come on i drove the talon for god sakes, speed isnt an issue

Fear is just a state of mind................I wouldn't worry about driving the car..............I'd worry about ONLY bringing him back a steering wheel.............heh
