It was the type with the wrap-around wing on the hatchback... some doofus mounted a wing on top of that, and painted irredescent purple/green flames on the hood. Inside of the car had "TYPE R" seat covers...
Automatic transmission... big ol' tach mounted on the steering column...

To add some content to this post, I'm getting new brakes, (pads and rotors) on my car. I'm likely going to get a decent set, since I'm tired of my car shuddering from the warped front rotor.

Now, If said rotors happen to be slotted, do I catch flak because the rest of the car is stock?

guy was an idiot and didn't even get parts that would fit on his car so pieces of metal would be sticking out of odd places.

yeah i saw that one i thought it was pretty funny and couldnt quite work out how it stayed on with double sided tape

i remember xzibit making fun of him for saying he did it to make his car "cute" or something. whenever i see that show, i always wonder what that car looks like 6 months from the taping. car's probably all jacked up by then since these people don't know how to take care of a car

ive got a roll of foam tape that is used to put the side panels on uhaul trucks(sample roll from 3m given to employer).

What kinda car you drive? If you can get them for it get Axxis Ultimates, they dust a lot but for the price they stop damn well.

Slotted rotors are ok, but not totally necessary. Today's brake pad compounds are so damn good you don't need slotted rotors.

Cross drilled rotors are worthless though, don't buy them, ever.
