2005 NAIAS: Detroit

I was unbelievably shocked that there were no threads, news or member posted, stating anything about the autoshow. I mean, come on, the NAIAS is awesome.

I'm going. Today.

(I don't have a camera, so I'll try to get some shots from classmates who are also going)

i finally saw the new charger, i think dodge killed the name. the only thing that looks the same is the roofline

Did you guys happen to have any pics of the new Saturn line? I heard they finally revamped their style.

I only got that picture because of Chrysler...

But the Saturns were neat, my roommate liked the Ion Redline. The Sky roadster is a rebadged Opal.

My pick is the Mazdaspeed 6. Turbo, 6-speed, AWD, but the one on display was a sedan... I want a 5-door!

According to Car and Driver they canned the 5 door for some reason (Possibly because its lighter by 100 pounds). It sucks though because the prototype was a 5 door and it was much better looking than the final production sedan version.

The woman who was attending the car said a 5-door was planned! (I asked where the oscillating vents were*, and chatted it up)
