Put a 3-speed Sturmey Archer rear hub on it and some ape hangers on one, and of course, the stick-shift. A Sting-Ray is not a Sting-Ray without the stick-shift, it's like a Jeep with square lights. Real Jeeps don't have square headlights.

Completely understood, Bro. There will be a day in the near to almost near future where I will be posting my bike here also. I've already gotten into discussions with the frau as to whether or not it was proper to park a bike in the living room during the winter and call it art. I just talked her into my truck, now I'm working on the bike.

It's easier to compromise than to give her half of my retirement check plus half of my current check. Besides, she still has a knock-out ass. So I will get my Harley eventually and she will support it. Yes, my Harley because if I need to get somewhere quick, I have my truck.

When you can get it the right way.

If you are like my husband his $250. purchase turns into a $300. purchase instead. That is when he buys something for himself he picks up something for me. Then when he comes home and gives me something I am automatically looking for the item he spent twice as much on for himself, LOL!

No in some instances its alot easier on everyone to ask permission(insert well thought out argument in the asking) than forgiveness. Ya BA, I have a buddy who lived in a duplex without a carport or garage when I was stationed at Ft. Hood, TX, and in the winter he parked his Harley in the front room and the kitchen to work on it. Made it nice.
