achieve hyper-velocity
without the need for flux capacitors ...

Obviously you Know nothing about time travel! You Forgot how this all relates to the tearing of the space-time plain of exsistance!. You also forgot the fact This Car Is Powered By Rainbows And Sun Shine, which isnt possible without Chrome Paint
