Live from the starting grid at the NÃƒÂ¼rburgring, Germany.

Been watching for about 20 minutes, seen a few nice Porches, couple of Caterhams and a nice looking red Viper with white stripes

Wow. Just saw a Bentley Continental followed by a purple minivan. Now a stock Subaru Sti.

This is ridiculously fun.

what are they all doing is the question?

it is fun to watch, saw a classic peri colored roadster os some sort, have no idea on te make.

Yeah, you can take anything (within reason) onto the circuit... I might just take a drive there myself when I have my MR2 next summer

Also most performance car makers test their cars before production on the Ring. So if you spend quite some time you might just catch a glimpse of some sweet new ride nearly no one has seen.

Most likely because of some of the straights, small amount of traffic and no speed limits. 300+ Km/h easy.

Edit: Or it could be some special event. There was one yesterday as well, only with Opels and not bikes.
