as far as i know the original (not sure what year) escort cosworth the rally version had 340 hp & was doing 0-60 mph in 4 sec. flat & the one for the road had 280 hp & was doing 0-60 mph in 6 or 7 sec.

anyhow this one does it in 2.89 sec. & a top speed of 194.7 mph what a boost from the original version , i love it

ford escorts shouldn't go that fast. although theres one hell of a drifter guy that races an escort, I had a Escort LX four door with all its almighty 88HP but there fun little cars to drive around, my civic is a little more fun though.

Ironically my neighbor had the STI suburu, dunno if its that exact one, but its got the same body and hood...she can't drive it either

any cosworth can and will go upto about 700bhp with the right mods and money spending on them. for very little money you can get them to about 400bhp which is quick enough..................

but all this is nothing compare to what we got on roads here in quÃƒÂ©bec , 0 to one street hole every 2.8 sec. & sometimes faster
