Default Project: godfoot's 2 ton Pimp-mobile

Well, I have been driving my new car for the last couple of weeks (more so than I really wanted to initially, but that is another story) and getting used to her a bit more.
I present to you..... Winnie! (Windsor 302)

Color is Crystal Blue Pearlescent Metallic

Modification process already in progress, starting with the audio/alarm/tinting.

Uhhh, heh heeehhhehhh, huhhh!!!!!!
Got the stereo and front/rear speakers installed today (pictures to come tonight or tomorrow, recharging batteries) and even without amplification from other than the head unit I can tell I am going to be pleased with the outcome. I fine-tuned the settings for the user-EQ to my taste and listened to a variety of music to test out the speakers (jazz, classical, electronic, classic rock, acoustic of several genres as well). Aside from not having enough cash to have Dynamat (or equivelant) installed along with the speakers which will be done later as well, I am VERY happy with the components I chose thus far.
I will post the components chosen when I post the pics, I am just not sure how much daylight will be left after the batteries for my camera are charged.

Nice ride. Can't wait to see the install. I may be picking up a 2 owner 1989 Continental for $500 as a RWD beater to play around with soon.

Thats somethin that ive enjoyed about that deck too. Its output alone is extremely clear and you can tell the watts to each speaker is more than adequate. i think i cruise with my volume at 10......it goes to 50.

It goes to 50? I think my ears would bleed by then. It start getting loud at around 17 or so.
I love the plug and play USB most of all.

hahaha ya if your gonna go to 50 its best to use the remote and stand away from the vehicle. Seriously a damn decent deck like this will make any speakers sound great, but when youve got kick as speakers.......good god. The usb is kickass but as ive told ya before my next deck will have the usb plug in the back, i just bump that sh!t too much.
