Aliens in 2009

Just read an article in Gameinformer and IM STOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A game or should I say THE GAME that launched my sniping, fragging, nadeing, noobtacular gaming is comming back!!!!

I gotta say of all the games I've ever played, AvP2 was and still is my all time favorite, and im just thrilled to death that someone finally figured out that this is a title that, if done right , will outlast every other franchise in the gaming world ( IMO )

I'm freakin' pumped too!

I love how there is NO HUD!

I love how suspenseful the game is, motion tracker going off like nuts.. and you don't see a damned thing till its too late!

And yes, AVP2 Kicked ass.. I still play it.

yeah , the "no HUD is cool , but i do love the "lil blips all around you when your in a multi entrance room and dont know where to aim first to save your life" feeling i got in AvP2

even now , i still freak out when i play AvP2 , and i know just about the whole game by heart:angrygame

I played the original AVP and have to say that IMHO it can still stand up to the stuff being put out today. Maybe a little graphics update but nothing else...

I totally agree, when i play Avp2, even now i think only a bit of grafX updating and some new maps , and this game would be #1 yet again

I really like the "mist" they have. Looks really claustrophobic and eerie. Which is to say that it looks like they're doing well so far

Thats kinda strange, for it to be released in OCT, I haven't seen a lot of media on it lately.

Hopefully it comes out in OCT, and GoGamer isn't just posting dates like Gamestop.
