I'd heard a lot of terrible things about Star Wars galaxies from friends and reviewers. SOE murdered it, NGE was the worst thing to happen to any game ever... etc, etc. But I'd run the gammut of MMO's and found myself unsatisfied. From World of Warcraft to Vanguard, all had tried and failed. So I figured why not? I mean, the only other game I ever enjoyed was Anarchy Online, and if it weren't for the aging graphics I might still be playing it.


Just about to hit the level cap for the 14 day trial., and I love it. With my birthday conveniently placed at the 10th day of the 14 day trial, I feel secure in saying I'll have a paid account in no time.

But it seems that some of the most fun is to be had in balanced groups, so does anyone here actually play SWG? Or has it left a bad taste in everyone's mouth?

Never tried the game, but I had a friend who literally was "addicted" to it and had to see a psychiatrist about it.

...Wow. A shrink? I've heard of WoW and EQ doing that, but SWG? Sheesh, it's not *that* amazing :geek:
