Amazing. Africa looks to be a really sweet place for a game too, I'm suprised we havn't had more of these. Mind you I'm sold on the game so long as the keep this feature in

Also they say it's a new engine but it looks an awful like a tweaked Crysis engine.

I heard that essentially every enemy you kill shouldn't know you're there, ie you snipe everything.

Thats boring to me, unless theres a person on the other end.

Uh, where did you hear that?

How about:

1. It's harder than stalker.
2. It looks great
3. You never have enough sniper ammo to kill more than 5 guys anyways.
4. The sniper rifle is useless, since it alerts all the other enemies, who in turn, will kill you.
5. Stop listening to what others think about games.

I remeber my PCGamer review of Far Cry. They loved the game. Gave it 95% or something. You definatly need to play it Master Yunk.

Far Cry the first one was good, UNTIL you got to the mutants. This isn't exactly the proper sequel to Far Cry, Crysis is BUT Crysis involves aliens but FC2 only has humans and animals as enemies. So FC2 is looking better IMO.

By the way--it looks to me like Gameapex didn't have a rep at Lezpig this year. I'd be more than happy to rectify that problem next year.

I'd play Stalker if it'd work on Vista...i can play till you walk out the first door...then the screen goes blank..

I wish I had the money to be able to even run this game with respectable settings. I loved the first one. Far Cry has game play like games should have. You do what you want, you pick which way you want to take out the mercs.

I play fine with Vista, didn't even need new drivers, but I had to make sure that my drivers didn't have AA overrides...

Doesn't make much difference to me if it is---Vista still runs smoothly, and I never have any problems with drivers.
