Talking Recording industry withdraws suit...LOL

HAHA this woman owns a mac, wich kazaa doesn't run on! The RIAA was caught with their pants down.

Privacy advocates said the suit against a 66 year old woman, a sculptor who said she has never downloaded or digitally shared a song, revealed flaws in the Recording Industry Association of America's legal strategy. Ward was caught up in a flood of 261 lawsuits filed two weeks ago that targeted people who, through software programs like Kazaa, make copyrighted songs available for others to download over the Internet.

MIT gave some info for someone in who turned out to own no computer, and was in Europe at the time of the alleged incident. If the the names of people are meaningless, how the hell can the RIAA prove anything? Just think what would happen if the RIAA lost in court.

if thats true stupid RIAA, i want to get one of the T-shirts, Sharing is Caring
____ the RIAA

I say she should have counter-sued for the amount they were going to sue her for. She probably would not have won anything but it might have given riaa a little scare. 2,000 x 150,000 = $300,000,000
