NVIDIA has dominated the AMD Athlon chipset market over the last few years starting with the release of their nForce2 chipset back in 2002. The first nForce chipset was a successful entry into the motherboard market, but with the release of the nForce2, NVIDIA really came into its own. They manufacture boards based upon virtually every known chipset from companies like NVIDIA, Intel, and VIA. SLI motherboards have become the norm for enthusiasts wishing to purchase a computer today, so naturally, EPoX is marketing their high-end board the 9NPA+ with the SLI chipset from NVIDIA. This looks like a very promising motherboard so lets take a better look and see if it lives up to the hype.
