Exclamation Web News: Multiple Browsers w/ Vulnerabilities

Quote:
Introduction

Secunia Research has discovered a vulnerability in various browsers, which can be exploited by malicious web sites to spoof dialog boxes.

The problem is that JavaScript dialog boxes do not display or include their origin, which allows a new window to open e.g. a prompt dialog box, which appears to be from a trusted site.

Please use the test below, to see an example of how this vulnerability can be exploited, and also to determine whether or not your browser is vulnerable.

Does that affect your browsing on other sites at all? I would think that it would, especially if it's a Java-enabled site... LMK how it works, would ya please, Nerdz?

hmmm I cant go to edit post with it off...and quick reply is alwasy open..

hmm I'll try to find an extension or something..there has to be one to block certain scripts or allows u to block certain things.

EDIT: nope none for java blocking. Its something to do with FF, but some websites use java scripts for downloads.
