Breaking Web News: Apple to use Intel chips?

This would possibly bring MS to its knees...given enough backing. Apple is pondering whether Intel processors could be used in conjunction with Mac systems. If the talks and proceeds go as planned, we could see Macs priced level headed with systems form the likes of Dell....but hopefully with better customer service on Apples part.

Fundementally this would change the foundation on which Apple sits. Its small share of the PC market would grow exedentially, and certainly kick one back at Microsoft for the great lawsuit that saw Apple retreat to the designer market.

I think that is a vary good idea.....Think about it..Microsoft owns like 85% of the OS market..Its time someone had the balls to stand up to MS and show them that they are not the only one....(I use a PowerMac G5 at work.) I don't really care for Mac all that much but Mac OS X is a much more stable OS then Windows.
