Stupid News: Intel forgot somthing?

Gordon Moore...founder of the biggerst computer chip manufacturer, made one of the computer industries finest...and best competing laws: the number of transistors in a microporcessor will double every year.
*Scratch LP*
The problem is Intel doesnt have a copy of the original Electronics publication from 1965...and wants a copy.

The reward is set at $10'000, but this is really a case of name you price...with a week to go before the law becomes 40 years old, Intel has gone on a hunt.

I could probably go to the Ga Tech library right now and steal their copy but I won't cause I'm one of the good guys.

That being said as soon as one of the bad guys hears, the library is gonna lose that volume. Such an injustice.

Ah - eBay says no library copies. Better call GT and have them stamp their copy.

So there is an actuall law that computer must get faster?? Im confused :S...and whats the big deal with if they dont find it?? Why do they need it!! OMG im confused!!

It's part of Intel's history. Moore's Law is so often quoted, but Intel doesn't have an origonal copy of one of the founding father's more famous speaches..
