...wanna run that past me again? Russia, with most of its people having excellent maths skills, is boasting about its hacking capabilities and software writers being second to none. Well, Microsfot cant seem to put 2 tags together, and anything Russian is usually made with 3" thick steel...so they may a good point, though boasting you have the best hackers isnt a wise thing to do I'm sure.
