    |  Web Law: Ebay Fraudster locked for 6. Charles Stergios, 21was sentenced for over 6 years inprisonment. Over 300 people on the ebay site were duped out of $400'000, and 50 people of $200'000 cash. After originally pleading guilty to the web-crimes, the court ordered him to re-pay his victims, but fraud continued resulting in yesturdays rejection of his plea. LINKAGE HERE to News.com.com.
