It's doubtful this would happen on such a large scale as it has to IE. Firefox is open source, people are always looking at the source code for exploits and they are reported as soon as they are found to the Mozilla developers. Its much like what takes place with Linux distros.

You know, when I first read this, that episode of South Park where the boys get caught downloading songs illegally of the internet came to mind.

"It gets worse. Now Bill Gates is unable to buy Hawaii in time for his winter holiday trip. He'll have to go to Hawaii as just another tourist rather than it's owner. Not a pretty picture, is it boys?"

for some unrelated reason, that reminded me of a different episode of south park where cartman jumps off a roof with wings attached to his arms. (you know what happens there)
he wakes up in the hospital and a series of coincidences makes the police believe that hes gotten psychic powers from his fall. They use him to try to find the "left hand killer". He chops off the hands of all his victims. Long story short cartman gets kidnapped by him and he is forced to watch a slide show of his vacations and after each description he goes " DO YOU SEE?" and cartman acts as if he is sickened by each slide.
