Web P2P News: Man in Arctic Charged in Copyright Case

In what was dubbed as one of the most massive Piracy busts of the year a man was charged today after a legnthy investigation into a copyright and patent infringing operation that spanned many categories from electronics to toys. Capped by amazing co-operation between various American and Canadian law enforcement agencies.

	The operation based in the far north of Canada's territories was a complex operation that involved people sending in requests for items via email and postal mail and then reciving the items home delivered over night. Nicolas Noel, 65 pleaded not guilty in a Anchorage, Alaska Federal Court today to charges of Copyright and Patent Infringement and Conspiracy. If sentenced Noel may spend up to 30 years in state prison, among the items he is accused of pirating and fraudulently manufacturing are CD's, Movie's and Toys along with a wide variety of electronics and small trinkets.

Everybody know Mr. Noel only deals in legitimate goods - he utilizes a far North location for its serenity and low cost per sq. ft.

The receipts have been burned to warm the building.

A closer look at the goods will reveal their authenticity and Mr. Noel can go about his business.
