SBC Communications claims they own Patent on Internal links

Ya you heard me right, SBC is now claiming that they have a patent on framed links, basicly links that take you to other potions of a web site but stay visable, simalar to the very links we have here

According to SBC they own patent # 5,933,841entitled Ã‚â€œStuctured Document Browser".

"Actual licensing amounts are calculated using SBC's then current Royalty equation. SBC will gladly determine your actual licensing amount if you provide us with your 2002 Company Gross Revnue (their fees are based on how much annual revenue the company does). "

Apparently they seem to be starting with the little guys as shown by this web site here

So...umm...they plan on taking practically every website down on the internet? How can you own a patent on such a thing is another thread all together. And the fact that they would try to enforce this and are successful is the terrible part. Bah, I'm disgusted with that company.

im going to file for a patent on windows, but im not going to stop at computer cases, im going to enforce every window in america, think of the revenue on the high-rise buildings, the cars, busses, airplanes, trains, houses, dentists offices, chiropractors, McDonalds, 7-11, Wait....microsoft is in a court battle for windows.....if those ****ers take my golden goose ill ****!
