I agree one of the best windows I've seen. I just wish water jet cutting wasn't so expensive.

Bill has all his stuff cut with a water jet. ThatÃ‚â€™s a water stream of up to 10,000 psi with a minor abrasive. It can make cuts to .001 tolerances

It also can cut aluminum up to 9 inches (yes I said 9 inches) thick but not with the .001 tolerance. The company I do side work for has been looking at buying one but the hefty price of $200,000 - $250,000 has a big effect in a purchase decision.

Those are some nice machines. The really high dollar ones can get up to 36,000 to 55,000 psi and make a cut only .006 wide. I love this form of cutting. We ship our solid surface products to one company in Minnesota.
