Default Affiliate Article: The Economics of Modding

Quote:
"How many of you have started in a mod and found that you are spending way outside of your budget? I myself haven't experienced this, but from previous posts, on numerous forums, I have seen that people are finding this out towards the end of their actual projects. How much would you be willing to spend to become a guru of the modding community? I myself would like to spend a quite a bit, though im sure my girlfriend wouldn't permit it, and others close to me would call me insane! Whatever the factors of your budget, would you be willing to pay hundreds to thousands to become a "15 minutes" of fame guru? I will be talking about the Economics of Modding, and explaining ways that people budget, or expand their gross spendings"

Thats why I stopped modding. I'm never happy and I find myself investing too much money in it. Its funny how I can always justify the amount of money I put in a case. It took awhile for me to realize that no one will see my case and it useless to pimp it out to the extreme. Now, I enjoy spending money on pc components rather than on lights, windows, paint, and noisy fans.
