Default Aluminum Laptop cooler@ ClubOC.com

If you have a modern laptop, you know how hot they can get. Many of times i have almost burned my Lap while fragging away while on the Go.

In this spirit Bytecc has produced an aluminum laptop cooler, a first as far as I know, thats meant to keep you laptop from overheating while at a desk or from your briefcase.

" I was gone for a few months and the only computer I had was my laptop. Because of this I requested as much laptop gear as I could. Bytecc was nice enough to send an aluminum laptop cooler my way. There isn't many options when it comes to cooling laptops, but after using the laptop exclusively for a few months, I can tell you there is a need for them! The bottom of my laptop gets so hot it can melt the veneer off of the table it's sitting on."

Question Aluminum Laptop Cooler

How much did you pay for the laptop cooler?

I can't find the price of this item. I have sent an email to Bytecc and maybe they will send me the price of the laptop cooler plus shipping.

Thanks,

Thank you Scapegoat. One of the representatives of Bytecc.com replied to my email inquiry. She said the notebook "cooler" is $19.00 + shipping. This is a great idea!

Now we just need to find upgrade parts for the notebook, which happens to be a Compaq Presario. It's running Windows '95 and has a 1 GIG hard drive, a CD Rom drive and a 3.5" floppy drive. I don't recall what the chipset is in it.

Kicking myself for giving away our only Windows '98 disk to our friends who moved away!!!
