| New Zealand Government: You can copy CDs legally New Zealanders are to be given the legal right to copy CDs, but under condition that they own a genuine, original recording. It will also be made possible for consumers to shift the format of music from CD to MP3 without infringing copyright. The New Zealand government will introduce a 'fair use' clause into their 1994 Copyright Act, allowing the transferring of audio across mediums for personal use. More here. | ||
