Real Law in the Virtual World

BEIJING, China (Reuters) -- A Chinese court has ordered an online video game company to return hard-won virtual property, including a make-believe stockpile of bio-chemical weapons, to a player whose game account was looted by a hacker.

Im still debating if this is a good or bad thing. Do you actully "own" you possisions in an online game?

I dont know if anyone has played UO but imagine what would happen if u tried to pull that off with that game.
