a long time has past, when windows xp revolutionzed the operating system market with its new functions and attributes. the new os was faster, had more functions, supportet the newest technologies and brought a sensational supporting from every kind of a usb-device. but also back then, there were many problems: graphic adapter drivers weren't available, programms didn't work how they should and the gui design called "Luna" exasperated many users with old systems with less than 256 MB memory. Now there is a new change in sight: with windows vista microsoft brings a new operating system to the market. The highlights are: Support of directX 10, voice recognition, as well as many gadgetry like 3d-flip and the new gui design "Aero" with its transparent windows.
