Looking for a file serving host!

If you run a server business or know someone who does, I am looking to setup a new domain to tie in with PC Apex and Game Apex. The site? File Apex.

I aim to offer popular file mirrors for many tech files that we g33ks use. It will be a simple download site with no registration required running the same download script we are using right now. Straight forward files.

What I can offer the host/provider is a dedicated ad spot at the download site as well as advertising for their hosting services site-wide at PC Apex and Game Apex.

A dedicated server to download files from (various flavors of drivers, utilities, important updates, and other geekiness). A dedicated server which will also act as a file mirror for other popular files.
