As soon as a vote is made, it is tabulated. You might have to refresh the page to see it though.

I'm afraid we lost some potential votes because of the vote padding going on. But it looks like we are back on track for a fair contest.

Gary is a very honest guy and simply didn't think to look for ways to cheat the system. I'm a bit more cynical. Anyway, live and learn. We will be more prepared for the next contest.

I'm wondering how many of those votes were artificial though.. I'm sure there are many ppl who, as you mentioned, voted and just never checked back, but I would be willing to wager that a lot were fake votes. I would, however, like to see more votes going on. Going to try link the poll in a few places to see if we can generate some more votes.

plus if they are registered members their vote has counted, if not it wont matter.

Oh man, I have been missing the posts since they got moved. Forums are funny stuff to read. Ya, fill that case with Pentium 4 parts and give it to inner-city youth. I vote for that too. Since it is so tainted with arguement. The voting seems fair now actually. I won 80 bucks with my 2 punkins at work yesterday, I was glad to be able to post pics of them here too. Mario look s like the most effective on the porch. Next year I will try to find the scariest photo I can to carve, seems that is what people like the most. SCARY!!! If you're referring to the surge in votes.. I asked some ppl from work if they would be willing to register and vote.. I'm not sure if the new votes are theirs or not, but the request was made.
