I just changed the permissions here so that guests cannot vote at all. The votes from guests will be removed from the totals.

So I voted for the child portrait becuase it was truley original, took a lot of time and talent, and is certainly not from a kit. (could have been "Me on a Pumpkin" software, but then they all could have). | |

| A George Orwell fan...sorta  | Re: Pumpkin Voting. Well to be honest, I didn't vote for Pirates of the Caribbean because (to me) the sign looks 'chopped. Especially if you zoom in on it. Even different fonts for the seperate pics. One says PCAPEX.COM and the other just APEX.COM, etc. | |

I hope that's a legitimate pumpkin.. because that's one of the best pumpkin carvings/etchings that I have seen. But you're right about the the signs.. I didn't notice until you pointed it out that they say different things, are in different fonts, and aren't lined up with the page... I just hope it's the real deal. Could always ask him to post a pic of the pumpkin with a sign from a different angle.. like on his computer.. in front of a mirror.. etc.. just to verify if you're concerned about its authenticity. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
