New forum area and MORE GALLERY SPACE!

After an excellent suggestion from z0mbi3 I have have setup a new Display Hardware forum in the troubleshooting area.

Also, I have dramatically upped the gallery space limit for you guys... I have doubled the 5MB for members so you now have 10MB to use! For PCApex Elite Subscribers the limit has been bumped from 10MB up to 25MB! Enjoy!

Excellent ideas, there do seem to a huge amount of questions about moniters.
