| Noctua, in cooperation with VoyeurMods.com, has given us the pleasure of hosting a nice giveaway sponsored by the two sites. To celebrate the upcoming state-side availability of Noctua's outstanding coolers we are giving away two Noctua NH-U12s (reviewed here) to two lucky winners before they can be purchased in the US. How do you enter to win one of the coolers you ask? Simple. Answer a single question. The answer can be found on the product info page for the Noctua NH-U12. Email your answer to XXXXXX and two winners will be randomly drawn from the entries on April 12th! Easy, huh? (NOTE: These emails will be deleted after the contest and your addresses will not be used for ANYTHING other than this giveaway!) Here is the question: How much surface area does the NH-U12 have? Here is a recent press release from Noctua announcing the upcoming availability of their coolers in the US: Press-Info: Noctua welcomes J and B Technologies L.L.C. as its new distribution partner in North America Rio Rancho / Vienna, April 3rd 2006 - Noctua is delighted to welcome J and B Technologies L.L.C. as its new distribution partner for North America. J and B Technologies L.L.C. is specialised in distributing and retailing high quality air and water cooling solutions. After a series of excellent reviews, Noctua's NH-U coolers will finally be available in the US and Canada via J and B's extensive sales network that includes several popular North American E-tailers and system builders. "Noctua's NH-U coolers make a perfect addition to our range of products", says Brian Farrell, CEO of J and B Technologies L.L.C., "We're very happy to bring these coolers to the North American enthusiast community. They already are the talk of the town in Europe and they've well proven their ability when Chris Ramseyer scored the 3DMark06® CPU world record using two NH-U12s without even putting fans onto the coolers." After being on sale in Europe for several months and receiving recommendations from over 30 leading European web sites and magazines, Noctua's NH-U coolers got several extremely favourable reviews and earned Editor's Choice awards on renowned North American hardware sites such as PCApex.com, Gruntville.com or Frostytech.com. "Venturing into the North American market is a very important strategic step for us and we've found the perfect partner in J and B Technologies L.L.C.", explains Mag. Roland Mossig, CEO of Noctua, "During the past months, we've received lots of inquiries as to whether or when our coolers would be available in Canada and the US and it's a great pleasure for us to finally be able to meet this demand." Both coolers are already available for pre-order at voyeurmods.com and will be in stock by mid-April. A list of North American E-tailers and system builders that will be carrying the Noctua NH-U coolers soon is available below. The MSRP is $59.95 for the NH-U12 and $49.95 for the NH-U9.
