I have been using the RatzPad GS mouse pad for about a year now and I can never go back to anything else again. It would be nice to test this one against that one...but I would say 20 dollars vs 40 dollars makes the one I have just a good of a buy.

I know it was invented by Kyle, so planet can save himself another post whore remark that I know he wants to say...

I love my mousepad to death! Its been to all my LANS, made it through it all. Its hard plastic and I have worn my first one down so much I actually got another one. (thx to a pimp friend named Cpt. Planet)

IT IS my secret weapon. Gets me about a 40 percent headshot ratio in CS S and makes it so I can pull some CRAZY moves in BF2. People never believe me when I tell them I use a mouse to fly the vehicles in Bf2...lol

Thats my 2cents...I guess I could say more if I had one of these to compare it too. But GK is a hard core gamer and if he says 40 bucks is a deal and a half then it must be!

This mousepad looks to be quite nice, but when I game and use my Logitech MX1000, I don't use a mouse pad. I have found no surface is as fast as the mouse extension on my desktop alone with the laser mouse. Now for anything else I do with the regular MX500 I use a mat.

Epp I need I new mousepad..Im on my 4th RatPadz GS...would like to switch it up, but thats all they sell around here. And above that, I can no longer(since about a month ago, get them around here) so im stuck with a hella worn out mousepad.

OMG i read the reivew 3 times over after you said that Spike and was like, wtf is he talking about, as if I missed something important. (I was actually going to send you a PM asking you) Then finally, on the 4th time over I relised it was GK that reviewed it.

I assumed that becuase BA has put out most the reviews as of late, and still has alot more to go, that this was him. Reading the " We have a new review up on a PIMP mouse pad" I again assumed We, as in the staff members, not the owner of the site.

The surface on the left side of my Ratpads GS has been worn smooth by my MX500. I thought I would need all that space but I ended up only using half of it. In your testing GK did you find yourself utilizing all of the pad or maybe only a 5-6 inch section (like me)?


anyone know how to up the senstitiviy on the MX 500? Mine's aready maxed and it doesn't feel sensitive enough.

I really need to get a new mouse and a new mouse pad.

How about comparing this pad with others, like the Razer eXactmat ?
the price is almost the same ... i really would like to know, which one to buy :/
the ratzpad is also a good one i think.

where are the differences ?

This is a review on the merits of the Ulti-Mat. Not a comparison between various products.
