Great review Scape!

Looks like a neat case, is it as small as it seemed? Could you make a lan rig out of it?

Was that a dremel etch of a penquin on the plexi?

thought in the cons section i would deff add that its $96 and its alot for a case

yah it has the digidoc type thing, but still aint the same


ill say just get sum generic case and a digidoc, and ulll have alot more fun with that

Ya thats Tux on the side(though its not dremeled, its an applique, time constraints prohibited me from etching(only had a few days for the mod)

Clown: I thogh 96$ was actully a very resonable price for the case, considering a generic case 30$ + a digidoc 50$ = 80 bucks. Thoug of course its not as fun

Sorry about the Pictures of the Mod, my Digi cam craped out(i.e. i droped it ) between the orginal pictures and the pictures of the Mod and i had to borrow a friends( which wanst as good) ill see if i can get some better pitures up

goat u can get a digidoc for cheaper then $50

and then generic cases come wut psus too (****ty but still)

so this case is a bit too pricey

Why do you seem to give a lot of credit to ExoticPC for this case when it was made by Ahanix? I understand that they are sponsering the review and have supplied the case, but its not something that they designed is it? You also give ExoticPC kudos for the packaging of the case, but isn't that also done by Ahanix? I did notice that you mention in your review of the case that it was an Ahanix case, but only in passing "As in other Ahanix cases...". Perhaps I'm mistaken, or just a bit confused. ExoticPC buys the cases from Ahanix, and sells them to us, right? They dont actually design or make them do they?

Your right broken, Anhinx is the manufactur of the case.

But the dealer(i.e. ExoticPC in this case) is the one carrying the product, and they are the ones who decided to carry it and sell it, so they went into selling it, knowing the features and specifications of the item.

So since they are the ones who are marketing the item, responisblity lies in them to meet the demands of the customer, and all kudos and complaints are their responsiblity.

thats a good example, ExoticPC had the intellegince to use a Manufacture that meets such high standerds in packaging, so kudos are deserved.

(AND BTW: as far as i know, so far ExoticPC is the only supplier of these cases, though im sure more will jump on soon)

Actually I recall seeing these cases while surfing a little while back. Also a quick search in www.pricewatch.com reveals several places selling the case.

I am not trying to be a smart a$$ or stir up trouble, I just kind of found it a bit confusing that the cases were credited to the store that was selling them when IMHO most of the credit should go to the fine people that designed and built the case. Although I agree that ExoticPC and others deserve some credit for carrying such fine products, and for sponsoring the review.
