the expansion card clip is reminiscent of early athlon and duron cases from MESH- its a great design no doubts there.

I like it

The only thing that would put me off is the likely price: I can see that being £85+ over here

I think that the red on the front is really distasteful. It's different though, you have to give them that. I like the fact that it's made from steel and that it seems to have "good bones" - essential for a good modding project.

Can anyone tell me when and where in the USA or Canada I can buy this case?
I can't find a retailer on or offline that carries it. I tried clicking on
the link associated with the article but couldnt locate anyone who carries it.
Thanks.

It shouldn't be too long before you can buy one. Although they debuted the prototypes at Cebit. It's only been a couple of weeks since YY's press release of the final product. I gotta say it's kind of a gas to review something you can't buy yet.

I like the design, pretty nice.... and i think they have some innovative ideas there too, particularly the Card holder! no more loosing screws I do hope they have some options on the colors though cause that red is a bit too harsh for me

They had a load of color options at Cebit. But as of now the options are the red I reviewed and a silver with black vents. Or silver with red vents. I liked the black they showed at Cebit. It sounds like they plan on offering the option of buying new bezels for it like the latest Cheiftechs. It's a bit too much red for me as well.

Good job on the review. It's nice to see you getting away from the H2O stuff for a bit and getting to expand your repetior... I dont much like the color of the front piece but it looks like they hit the nail on the head as far as the stand offs and fan size

I was gonna say the same thing as Feral for the most part except I wanted to add that I absolutely LOVE the different speaker usage, and it looks easily movable.
One question though AntiM, is there enough room to run molex and IDE cables around the "back" of the HDD cage?
Great job on a thorough review.

Edit: You may want to inform the proper person at YY that the link on the "PR Approved" graphic on their website is incorrect....comes up with code rather than the graphical representation thereof.
