All computers nowadays come with 8 USB ports, Just get a a couple cards (4 USB ports each) and you can have your own arsenal. Too bad they dont release the source, then you could control more than one at the same time...

I wonder if the nurf bullets can be used on the thing...

Those were the actual sound effects played through the speakers on my desk - bloody loud (but so much fun when your target can't do anything about it )

The missiles have a 4.5mm hole in the centre - go measure up some nerf ammo (I'm sure that you have some on hand somewhere) and let me know

I'm already working on a USB video camera targeting solution for the one I am going to buy...

This went for really cheap on woot a while ago so I got it. I can't believe you reviewed it

Totally agree though. I just wish I had more opportunities to use it

ALERT: This unassuming device caused me some bigtime headaches

I was having problems with my games running and looked at dxdiag. Each time I ran, it woud crash at directinput. I tried reinstalling directx, eventually repairing windows, my repair screwed up so I had a fresh install of Windows and the problem lingered. I googled somewhere that plugging wireless keyboards into USB can do this, so I plugged it into my PS2 port.

Well I discovered today that I didn't look at the wires closely and it was this guy that was causing the problems all along. While it won't kill your system, if you're experiencing problems with games/directx, unplug it.
