Default Abit BulletProof: Torture tested motherboards ensure rock-solid operation

ABIT Motherboards Deliver BulletProof Stability
Torture tested motherboards ensure rock-solid operation

March 19, 2004 – Users regularly push their hardware to system limits and require a motherboard that can withstand the stress of operating above spec. To meet this standard, ABIT motherboards, engineered with BulletProof Technology, have been the motherboards of choice for gamers and PC enthusiasts. ABIT products maintain stability under even the most stressing conditions.

To ensure complete stability under stress, ABIT products are subjected to the Torture Test. Motherboards are overclocked, and then put through weeks of intense demo looping and benchmarking. While other competitors are designing motherboards that can hold up during average use, ABIT manufactures products that are designed to endure the rigors of gaming, multimedia, and overclocking.

To operate correctly, CPUs draw power from the motherboard. However, this power can spike or dip – fluctuating the voltage which can lead to system instability and even crashes. This is even more apparent with the increased voltage required while overclocking. To address this, ABIT has pioneered 4 Phase Power Technology, which regulates the voltage supplied to the CPU. With 4 Phase Power, ABIT motherboards are the ultimate platform from which to achieve maximum stability and the highest overclocks.

Rock-solid stability under extreme conditions. ThatÂ’s BulletProof Technology.

“Stability under normal conditions isn’t enough for ABIT Engineers,” said ABIT Marketing Manager Scott Thirlwell. “By punishing our boards with the Torture Test, we can say with confidence that our boards offer BulletProof Stability for the ABIT user. When buying a motherboard, choosing one that has endured the Torture Test ensures total stability.”
