HIPER launches 5th generation of Power Supply Units with integrated
USB ports and new PCI-E 8-Pin connector for latest Nvidia Quad-
SLI™ cards!
Dornach / Milton Keynes. At Cebit 2007 (Hall 2, C19) HIPER will present its new product
line of PC power supply units. Besides the well-known quality, outstanding performance,
design and packaging, the new devices come with innovative and unique features:
integrated USB 2.0 ports and an extra USB port for charging mobile phones offer new
comfort, efficiency and functionality to the consumer. At start HIPER launches two models,
which of course meet the latest High-End Nvidia & ATI requirements: The HPU-5K770 (4x
USB + 1 charger port) and the new top model HPU-5M830 (8x USB + 1 charger port),
both with a high efficiency and low-noise concept. The HPU-5M830 also comes with the
new PCI-E 8-Pin connector. The phone charger simply requires the USB cable, which
usually comes with your cell phone.
Also system builders may consider the new HIPER PSUs as they can replace the
common USB controller in any case or simply add the number of USB ports.
The new product concept and design, which has been registered in all major countries, will
contribute a significant drive to the dynamic growth of HIPER worldwide.
