I have been thinking of getting another case from these guys here http://mountainmods.com/product_info...products_id=93

I really like these cases and would like to get this one since i already have 2 of the UFO 2 case and would like to get a different color maybe a dark Metalic Blue.

What I'd love is a nice big desktop. I tipped over my medium-tower to mount the heatsink on my proc, and I noticed it would make a *great* desktop if the drive cases were reoriented 90 degrees.

I theorise desktop cases, designed comparably to modern towers (120mm fans!), could eliminate the heat buildup beneath a video card more effectively than towers, which nowadays need those stupid side-window fans which look like ****.

I am going to build my next system in a custom case with an inverted ATX form factor. The chassis I am going to use will be a chopped server tower case because it has the right width.

Ill be building a cheap demo rig into an Aspire Q-pack box later this summer, but for my next main build (to replace my 939 Opty SLi system) will be in the biggest server case I can lay my hands on.

Bigger is better. More cooling options, more storage, more more more!!!

I love those UFO cases, but what I have my eyes on is the SilverStone TJ-07 case.

If i sell the laptop, I'll be getting a SFF system. Love the portability of a decent laptop, but I don't like not being able to fiddle with it as much as a desktop.

Plus you'll easily be able to come over for LAN nights with a SFF case

Make sure you get yourself a decent wireless card for next year, we'll have a nice fast 54Mbps network setup by the time you get back.

Laptops still rock arse though. Suprised you're only looking at 54mb though, that's pretty slow.

Definately custom made, its small, i already have started on it, but the saving up for the internals hasnt started, Its small for LAN partys and just big enought to throw ever fan i can fit in it, maybe even a noctua

Either custom, or the monster case, its perfect and i can't wait to see one in action

If it aint big make it but custom is the best way to go

I'm for either custom made or a HEAVILY modified cube style case

The cube form factor really appeals to me - full tower space/functionality and you can keep it on your desk (eases the dust problem) while still being able to see over it
