How often do you "spring clean" and defrag your system? - Page 4

Defrag about twice a month, format about every three months, or when a significant trial expires...

I don't need to defrag, antivirus, spyware scan, or anything. I barely even reboot.

Windows sucks.

Like Funky, I don't use any antivirus/anti-spy/firewall(software) c**p on any of my rigs, been doin' it for what? 2 months roughly! and its the best computing experience i've had! I feel free'd up

I re-format every few months and only defrag if my system 'feels' clogged!

I was doing it daily but when Halo 2 came in my house I just couldn't stop playing

i usely do Ccleaner , Registry Mechanic & my Anti-Virus scan once a week , as for my defrag i do that once a month.
